Clean and Sober Homes is a family-run business focused on the well being of our residents and a successful outcome for their recovery.
Every person involved with Clean and Sober Homes is in recovery or has a family member in recovery. We provide a clean, comfortable, stable living environment where recovery comes first. We are licensed and insured, and the homes are staffed with onsite managers who are available for support and assistance. Our recovery homes are a safe place where residents are empowered to engage in their personal recovery and to work together with fellow residents as a community. We are happy to work with your treatment center, family, or counselor regarding after-care plans and help our client follow through with their commitment to recovery.
The company was born out of a desire to support and give back. Founded by members in long-term recovery and family directly affected by addiction, we understand the challenges of clean and sober living after treatment. We have seen the success of a positive group environment, as well its short-comings, and these experiences have built our foundation. We hope to be a cornerstone in your journey to sobriety.
Our Mission
To provide industry leading transitional housing. Sobriety, safety, comfort and support are our top priorities. Our family-like home environment promotes sustained recovery and personal growth through compassion and accountability.
The Founders
Robert and Christine
Robert and Christine have over 30 years of combined sobriety and are currently active in 12-step recovery and AA fellowship programs. Originally from Seattle, WA, they have prior experience with sober house management and Christine is a practiced counselor. During early recovery, they themselves lived in sober housing and wanted to develop a program which goes beyond just “a place to live.” Using their first-hand experiences, Clean And Sober Homes creates an environment with close support and guidance for residents, where each person’s health and well-being take precedence.
Now residing in Chandler, Robert and Christine take pride in being hands-on with each home and building relationships with our clients. They are also active in the local community, and Robert is currently serving as Vice Chair of the AzRHA Executive Committee.
Michael and Joanna Conway
Michael and Joanna are the son and daughter-in-law of the Foxes. Experiencing a family member’s recovery journey inspires them to help create an encouraging environment for those who’ve also chosen the path to sobriety. Located in Southern California, they visit Chandler often and provide accounting, planning, and administrative support.

Josh White - Director of Housing
Josh provides marketing and managerial support to Clean And Sober Homes. His professionalism, determination, and natural charisma make him a key part of the Clean and Sober team and family.
